RULE YOUR LIFE
RULE YOUR LIFE
Burnt out by the mental load of motherhood?
Desperately need a change?
Hi! I’m Andrea.
When I became a mom, I assumed it would come naturally, and I’d always feel content.
But even though I love my children and love being a mom, it’s not that simple. I felt overwhelmed, resentful, and less connected to myself and God.
The problem wasn’t my kids (or husband).
I didn’t have routines to anchor each day.
I needed a rule of life.
What is a rule of life?
A rule of life is simply an intentional guide you create for yourself to anchor your day.
The concept was first developed by Benedictine monks who noticed they needed to balance prayer with their work and leisure.
Like religious life, motherhood is also a holy vocation. We too need a rule of life to glorify God in our vocations.
With established routines, you’ll find more peace so that you can connect with God. You’ll rediscover your core identity as His Beloved Daughter, and show up to motherhood with joy, gratitude, and confidence.
Burnout doesn’t have to be your norm.
I’ve said goodbye to burnout.
I’m no longer resentful of the hidden sacrifices of motherhood.
When life gets chaotic, I prioritize the routines my family needs to feel some sense of consistency and normalcy.
I’m striving to see beauty in everything, and not striving for perfection.
My prayer life is more consistent.
Taking care of my home is more purposeful.
When I feel overwhelmed, I know which routines help me get back on track.
…And most importantly, I finally found a way to balance the demands of my vocation with time to care for myself.
Say goodbye to burnout!
I created a workbook to help you develop your own rule of life.
For just $10.79, you can use this guide to create daily routines and find freedom in the chaos of motherhood.
What women are saying about the workbook:
“This is exactly what I needed! I was focusing too much on what I lacked and not enough on what God was doing in my life.”
- April R.
“I thought stressed out and overworked was just the norm. My rule of life showed me it doesn’t have to be the case.”
-Grace H.
“I thought I wasn’t a “schedules” person, so I assumed this wasn’t for me. It’s so much more than scheduling your life!
-Laura P.
